¡ñLenalidomide is a serious teratogen, and it is absolutely forbidden for pregnant women and women planning to become pregnant.
¡ñMale patients should use condoms for contraception during the entire treatment period, during the suspension of medication, and within 4 weeks of stopping treatment. Male patients should not donate semen while taking lenalidomide. For women: use two forms of birth control measures starting 4 weeks after starting lenalidomide and ending 4 weeks after stopping lenalidomide.
¡ñLenalidomide has hematological toxicity and venous and arterial thromboembolism. Lenalidomide causes significant neutropenia and thrombocytopenia. Patients should undergo a complete blood count monitoring every 2 weeks during the first 12 weeks of lenalidomide treatment for multiple myeloma, and every subsequent week.

¡ñDuring lenalidomide treatment and within 1 week after stopping the drug, patients should not donate blood.
¡ñLong-term application will increase the risk of second tumors.
